These educational groups form a circle which represent the heart of the Vampire Nation High Council. Education is key in bringing unity to the community as a whole. We encourage all VN members to join one of these three councils and continue education at all levels. This area facilitates those with a strong desire to continue the quest for knowlegde of the self.
