YOU MUST BE 18 TO JOIN

1. You must be 18 years of age to be a Vampire Nation/Vampiresnest member.

2. The Vampire Nation/VN hosts this site and the information contained herein and on our forums without warranty, expressed or implied, and is not liable for its accuracy, nor for any personal loss incurred from the utilization of its content. The information presented on this site is for general educational purposes only. The VN utilizes both online and offline security measures for the protection of our members and adheres to all State and Federal laws. All IP addresses and connections to this site are logged and all suspicious activity investigated.

3. All copyrights are to The Vampire Nation, Vampiresnest And all Sectors of such are
exclusively owned by the Founders of The Royal Ruling Party and High Council European and U.S. Chapters.

4. Anyone may request to form a Sector, And shall be voted on in the Elders Council, and MUST register said Sector with the V.N.

5. There is Are basic types of(Sectors)and licenses issued By the V.N., these are:
A computer USAGE license. for a sub-Sector Of The Vampire Nation And a license for the sale of Sanctioned V.N. Merchandise. The number of licenses in network environment must abide by V.N. guidelines and an Elder must be co-owner. There are no maximum possible amount of simultaneous users as for as Groups, Houses or individuals that wish to be Sanctioned by the V.N. for the whole community. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use The V.N. for to better the Vampiric community and its Unity as defined by the licensing and Sectors terms our by-laws above according to the number of licenses obtained, and sanctioned, for any legal purpose. The registered Sector may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, to the V.N. if the person receiving licenses or Sub-Sectors agrees to the terms of this license. If the Sub-Sector has been updated, the transfer must include the updates and all previous versions and files.

6. Ads may not be freely distributed; once a month a day is provided for advertisements. No person or Group may distribute separate parts of the V.N. with the exception of written permission of the copyright owner.

7. Sub-Groups and any Sanctions or licenses or created "as is". Accept (The Elders Council has final approval of all Pictures on Sub-Sectors and web-sites) No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Neither the author nor the agents of the V.N. or authors will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing these licenses, Sanctions or Sub-Sectors.

8. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration, associated with the creation and distribution of The V.N. Sanction And Official Certificates, use of V.N. archives or file volumes (non- Restricted). Legally registered owners may use their
copies of V.N Files to produce archives and distribute those archives as long as they are not published in any book, Magazine, or underground publications, without written permission, Of the V.N. Elders Council. Additional royalties Must be paid For Use In Written Books (this includes interviews).unless a written consent is released by the Elders. And a 10% Royalty must be paid on all V.N. Sanctioned and approved merchandise.

9. You may not transfer, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Neither binary code, or V.N. by-laws, Standards and Rules of all sources may be used or reverse engineered to re-create A non-Sanctioned Sub-Sector, Web-site which is proprietary, without written permission of the V.N. Elders, Founder, And authors.

10. V.N. Advertisement or information may not be distributed, except as stated above, outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder V.N. European or U.S. Chapters. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by V.N. European or U.S. Chapters and The Elders Council.

11. Your acknowledgement of the VN No Tolerance policy and Contract for Sanction and Protection by the V.N. and using our Court of Justice signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of this site.

11. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove files from your storage devices and cease to use any form of our products.

12. The V.N. is not just a group to join, We Are here to Serve The Vampire And Gothic Community as A Whole And To Try and serve and solve disputes, To unite our Kind.
